Making my first SEC away trip to Columbia, SC this weekend! Wanted to ask any SC fans what the "must-dos" are for a trip to Williams Brice! Also wanted to see if any other UK fans are making the trip.

Hit up Home Team downtown, or hang with the college crowd at Groucho's.
Tons of excellent restaurants in the Vista, depending on what you like. Really can't go wrong there.
At the stadium, check out the Gamecock Walk, and swing by the Cockaboose railroad. If you ask nicely, someone may give you a tour. Bring a bottle of bourbon as a peace offering - it'll help.
Enjoy. Tailgating at W-B I'd just different. It's a relatively concentrated outdoor free-for-all. Be kind and hospitable, and you'll be treated well.
Our co-eds are legendary, but honestly, it should also be peak MILF season, too...

Good fans. The tailgating is meh. More of a pro feel than almost every campus outside of Vandy.

Also, welcome aboard 859. Nice to see a new Wildcat. I haven't been to the game in Columbia in like a decade so I have no idea what to recommend. My ex's BFF went to USC so she had us an in with a big Carolina tailgate.
I often hear about Five Points as far as drinking goes? I'm sure a Carolina fan can comment. I get the impression it's more college oriented. Think going to Two Keys or Tin Roof to pregame.

5 points is your college (underage) drinking crowd. It can get a little wild down there, but the Vista area is one I would recommend. Good food with drinking atmospheres with a mixtures of ages.
