I don't recall that being the case. I'll stand corrected if so, of course. I'd have to go watch it again, though I'm fairly confident on it.

That is incorrect. His injury was sustained on the first snap of that series. The previous drive was the INT. According to ESPN’s play by play summary, the injury occurred on the first play of LSU’s 9th drive, at the 12:54 mark. Alabama called the timeout after the penalty. Nuss came in to finish the drive.

Daniels is a threat to score on every single play.

He was effectively out for 2 drives and we lost by 2 TDs

If he finishes that game then we have a chance to win. May be low but there is a chance.

Play calling changes on both sides so impossible to know.

I know at some point after the injury Daniels came back out on the field but never ended up snapping the ball. I don’t really care how many drives he was out, once LSU got down two scores the game was over because LSU’s defense wasn’t going to stop Bama if they needed to score.

I looked up the measurables. He's taller too, so that means even more of a slender frame. Probably explains why he gets blown up by Ole Miss DBs.

He gets blown up because he doesn't slide, not because he has a slender frame.

He takes at least one big hit per game.

I see Jayden as a Josh Johnson type of journeyman backup in the NFL which is pretty good work, if you can get it.

Funny, that doesn't seem to happen to Milroe. Actually quite the opposite, he trucks DBs.

It's because he's a 6' 4" string bean. Again, not going to translate well. Journeyman would be a high ceiling for him.

I would have agreed with that before this season. His ability to go through progressions, a very quick release and above average arm definitely equates to a higher upside than that.

Y’all do understand that bamas offense is closer to Mississippi State than ole miss right?

Look at the score predictions and it’s like y’all think we are playing 2019 LSU

It also shut down Mississippi state.

Well when you starting quarterback misses half of the second half due to an intentional hit to injure him you might not hit your average

Chase and Jefferson have done things no WR duo out of college have ever done

And before then it was Odell/Landry who were setting the same records right out of the gate. You have no idea what Nabers/Thomas will do in the league.

Why is that? Nabers/Thomas have better numbers than Jefferson/Chase had through 10 games in 2019. So because Jefferson and Chase are doing awesome, we somehow need to assume Nabers/Thomas won’t be too because…reasons?

All these “most_____ by a receiver through ______ games in his career” were held by Jarvis/Odell less than 10 years ago. If you haven’t noticed, those types of records are being set and reset pretty regularly now with the way the game has changed

Don’t care.

Y’all did better on offense than I expecte. K?

We went into half tied.

Y’all intentionally injured our qb in the second half.

Milroe doesn't have anywhere near the amount of rushing attempts that JD5 has.

He also goes down when the play is over instead of fighting for extra yardage.

Yep. That was going to be his second play of the drive, but Alabama called a timeout. Nuss took over coming out of the timeout.
