So Weigman to the portal? QB 3 looked serviceable last night.

I am still in disbelief. Has the rumor been confirmed?

Jimbo isn't the problem

A&M as a program has a 7-5 ceiling, meaning that every 4 or 5 years, when the stars align just right, A&M gets to 7-5

Jimbo had them performing above thay consistently, it's just that A&M is a loser program

Nick Saban would average 9-3 at A&M

Well, I guess all the posters that said we owed him too much were full of shite after all. Glad they did it, with the Sips and OU coming in they really had no choice, Jimbo no longer had the SEC angle to play with recruits. BMDs are only going to cut those NIL checks for so long, Jimbo put too many eggs in the WR and the DL basket and ignored the most important part of a team, the OL and in today's world the 2nd most important are CBs and he failed in recruiting both positions miserably. On to the next, maybe they'll get it right this time, I'm getting old enough to worry they are just cursed and they will never get to the top, sucks.

Pretty sure that's why we fired him.

Also, Glenn Schumann seems to be on the radar.

Schumann would be a huge gamble.

I actually hope a&m hires him as head coach

I wonder who will take him next. Certainly won't be anyone in the SEC.

If Petrino runs up tempo in LSU, this board is gonna melt. I mean Florida almost put up 42 in them.
A&M has the talent and will continue to recruit at a high level. With a competent coach and a modern offense they will be a huge problem for the SEC.

Wouldn’t that be something. History repeats itself. Gets head coaching experience at A&M. Leaves to come home to Alabama.
