Willy T and his swamp sucking ilk are no more. Class and sportsmanship have come to this place and the BS has been purged.
The Hit you all are whining about. It could have been called targeting but it would not have mattered if it had. Not a thing as far as the outcome would have changed. IMO it is possible Dallas Turner was sending a message after the Horsecollar on his QB, things had gotten pretty chippy out there.
I don't condone it, don't agree with it, but I believe it could have been the case.
The LSU offense ain't all that. Not in 2019's league Burrow's boys were a well oiled machine in all phases this version is a one man show where everyone goes out for a pass and the slippery eelQB takes off running.
It still boils down to the LOS in the end and Alabama was better on both sides. More physical and as the game went on it showed.

Without Daniels you're just another offense. Bama's DB's match up fairly well and your running game was no real threat.Nussmeier is more conventional and you're lucky if you score 14.

Yeah Nabors and Thomas are total scrubs just blocking for Daniels. Still not sure what was up with Diggs; he typically gets more touches.
Mason Taylor has regressed big time. He looked lost all last night.
Thought our OL did well for the most part.
Y’all’s OL definitely made our DL look silly. The rest was shite tackling and defensive coaching.

I think our offense is very good, and I believe if JD misses some games, we will still be explosive. Maybe not to the same level missing JD's ability to scramble, but we have a great Oline and talented Wrs.
Our issue last night was that Bama's second half plan once they got the lead was to refuse to give LSU the ball back. It worked extremely well. They had long methodical drives that ate clock. Bama called their best game on offense that took advantage of how our defense was playing.
