We had Bowers, he was a legitimate "star" player, but he gone.

Is Carson Beck a good QB? Yes. Is he a "star"? No.

Is Daijun Edwards a good RB? Yes. Is he a "star"? No.

Ladd McConkey, RaRa Thomas, Dominic Lovett.. all good receivers, but none of them are a "star".

The offensive line has some future NFL players on it, but are any of them considered a "star"?

And on defense, there's not one guy who is consistently ripping up the back field, batting down passes, making TFL's. There's not a lockdown corner. There's not a headhunting safety making waves.

This team is just a bunch of good football players.

I can't think of any NC team that didn't have a star or three. UGA has none this year. They're just really good.

This is why I don't think UGA has it in them to 3-peat this year.

Georgia fans start creating bulletin board material when others don’t provide it.

Yea pretty much. But at least you have a Qb you can be confident in every possession. That means a helluva lot to the people around him.

If I was a Georgia fan that upcoming visit to the cathedral would have me feeling shaky

I wasn't aware we had Notre Dame on the schedule this year.

As much as I want UGA to be undefeated when LSU plays them in the SECCG, the fans make me want yall to lose every god damn game.

If you mean that toilet bowl on the river, we’ve been shitting in it and owning the right to read a novel while we do…every other year since 2010. Only occasion during that time that we only farted in it was 2015.

They'd freak out if someone from another fanbase made this exact same topic.

The star is the depth. Football is the ultimate team sport. UGA is the ultimate team. Kirby's philosophy makes it all work.
