For the first time since 1951/1952? That’s crazy.

There’s several decades where we didn’t play much….to be fair.

It is pretty wild. We didn't play regularly for many years, but we've always fared badly on the Plains even when we had better teams.

In fairness, prior to the 92 expansion, they'd only played a total of 16 times. However, they're only 8-24 against Auburn since the 92 expansion

Not really. We fired our coach 2 weeks after the game last year and we have a 1st head year head coach. Ole Miss had a better team the last few years.

Auburn avoided Ole Miss during the Vaught years.
But hey it’s 2023 and Auburn hired the guy who cratered ole miss program who is a known scumbag.
And ole miss is winning with the guy Auburn wasn’t able to hire.

Aubs had history on its side. But OM is clearly in their heads.

You would know all about being woodshedded by OM in consecutive years.
