Go to the postseason and the Braves quit hitting. Very discouraging.

The new playoff format has the #1 seed taking a week off. The teams that have been hot, like the Phillies, have been going straight into the playoffs. That may play to the #1 seed in football and basketball but baseball is such a mental game. Either way the Braves bats have gone completely cold. Since 91 the Braves have been to the playoffs around 20 times with 2 World series and 6 World series appearances. It all comes down to pitching and timely hitting.

The Astros have dominated the ALDS two years in a row with the same week off. That's a shitty excuse. The players just flat out didn't show up. They choked and they looked intimidated.
