What a pathetically stupid coaching decision. If that fumble occurred on first or second down then it would’ve been even stupider. They had an entire series where the game was over where they ran the ball and GT was unlucky that they didn’t fumble until 3rd down and still made Miami pay for their mistake. Cristobal is the stupidest son of a bitch at this level and I don’t support Miami at all.
Can’t imagine the melt coming from some of their fans. LSU would’ve made sure he never stepped foot back on campus again after that

If I was their AD, I would have walked down on the field and fired him on the spot right there in front of the cameras and everything. My 75 year old mother in law knew that was a dumb move and they are paying this guy millions.
That's the sort of decision that can honestly hurt a program, even in recruiting. If I'm a 5 star player this morning, I'm thinking..."Do I want to play for someone THAT incompetant"?

I love that Pittman brought the program back from the dead, while acknowledging he is a pretty bad game day coach.
That having been said... there is no way in hell Pittman would have done something that stupid. That is... that is on the Mt. Flushmore of bad coaching decisions.
