Former Alabama RB Ray Hudson has passed away

Hudson played for Alabama from 2001-2004 and was well on his way to being an All-SEC rusher in his senior season when a season-ending injury against Kentucky cut his career short.
The running back room from that era has been absolutely slammed by premature deaths. Hudson, Galloway, and Beard were teammates and have all since passed on.

Hate that. Ray was a good running back, I feel bad because he finally got his chance to be the guy and then blew his knee out @Kentucky. That led to Kenneth Darby getting his shot.

That is messed up. Ahmad Galloway and Santonio Beard recently passed as well. All 3 played around that 2000-2004 era.

Yeah, this one caught me right in the feels this morning. One of my teammates was really close with him. Since she was from Australia she took several trips to his place when school was out or during holidays type situation. By all accounts I've seen today, seemed like a good dude.
