Southern Cal at Colorado will kick off at 10:00 am local time in Boulder. That's a 9am kickoff California time. Will the fans even be through with their tea and bran muffins by then?

I was in Boulder Wednesday and Fox was already setting up for the game. Noon seemed like a pretty shitty kickoff time for a game of interest like that

Think it has more to do with Colorado being absolute trash and they don't want their new media golden boy getting drug in front of everyone two weeks in a row.
