Obviously this is extremely subjective and not even a real thing, but for whatever it's worth I'd go with...
• Charley Trippi
• Herschel Walker
• David Pollack
• Brock Bowers
...Again it's all subjective, but I subtracted points for players who played on teams that weren't that great, even if it wasn't there fault that the team wasn't all that great.

I found this in UGA Vault from 2018. It's certainly skewed towards the players from that time, but it's a good list of everyone to consider before Stet and Bowers.
My elite 8 would be Fran Tarkenton, Frank Sinkwich, Jake Scott, Charley Trippi, David Pollack, Nick Chubb, Herschel, & Stet.
