I’m pretty sure it will be the latter; but I believe a lot of viewers will switch to the SEC in the 2nd half.
With Prime, you love him or hate him. A lot of those viewers will be watching hoping he loses.

Oregon/Colorado by a 2 to 1 margin.

I don't "hate" Deion. Not even close. I just think that he's a 50-something year old man still trying to act like a teenager and it's just bizarre.

Never would have imagined it, but Ducks-Buffs is going to own the slot. And if the Ducks don’t put them away early, shite’s gonna get real.

Despite everyone waiting for it for years, no one will be actually watching the death of the Saban dynasty.

Yea, that game is going to get ugly. I wonder if Lanning wants to rub it in to make a statement.

Colorado numbers will drop with a quickness if it’s 31 -3 Oregon at the half…

X vs. Colorado will be the winner of this until Colorado loses
I think 1 loss might diminish some of the fervor that these 2nd and 3rd generation Buff fans are feeling.
A second loss the following week to USCw and the chatter will subside to the mere level of a national title contender.
Things might pick back up a bit after they beat up on Arizona State and Stanford.
However, if they also drop the back to back games of UCLA and Oregon State, then you’re going to see a lot of lightly used Colorado gear packed away into the attic.

Is Oregon that good? Haven’t watched them play, but they were down 28-30 with a minute and a half to go against Texas Tech. Oregon had a field goal and pick 6 with 35 second’s left to end the game. Tech is 1-2 with a loss to Wyoming
Final
Oregon-38
Tech-30
Final
Oregon-38
Tech-30

Only because of media hype of Colorado and Neon Deion. They’ve become their pet project for the moment. Best thing could happen is for Colorado to get it handed to them and all this goes away, and that’s nothing to do with Colorado and especially that quarterback who’s a real talent, but it’s the fawning over them that really gets quite tiresome. NOW, if they beat Oregon, that’s a whole other story. That will show they are legit, but until then, it’s a bit overdone.
