Just kidding. How in the name of Bear Bryant did that guy get so many major college scholarship offers? He couldn't complete the most basic passes.

If nothing else, we at least are able to remove one name from the QB carousel after today. Not only do you want a talented guy, you want someone with the mental fortitude to rise to the occasion and take advantage of the opportunity they have. Simpson didn't look great by any means, but it gave me a little hope that it seemed like he settled in a little as the game went along... when our OL wasn't letting him be mauled.

I mean Sark recruited Buchner when he was at Bama and he was ranked higher than Milroe. Sometimes guys just don't pan out. There are way more Blake Barnetts than Bryce Youngs.

Because Saban hired a coordinator that would work for him. He listened to coordinator and took a transfer that can’t start at Grambling.

No one want to work under Saban. No one

If they get the OL churning, the QB situation takes care of itself. I liked somebody’s idea on here of having the QB’s split time if the OL
is able to step up.

If Sark was our OC, Buchner would be shattering records. But unfortunately, Saban thought the OC who couldn't develop him at ND would be a great fit at Bama.

The pumpers can down vote you but there's no other logical explanation as to why BOB, Golding and Rees were hired. None. Because it sure as frick wasn't their track records.

I think everyone sees why Milroe was the starter going into the season. He is probably the best we have right now and it isn't great. Longeran best pure passer but probably still needs more time

It's pretty stark in comparison to what we have been used to lately.

Pretty steep drop off after Jalen, Tua, Mac, and Bryce for sure.

I mean, Colorado State's QB looks like Tom Brady compared to our guys. There's just no excuse not to have properly developed just ONE of your five 4 and 5 star QB recruits on the roster to at least look like they've played football before. Sure, BoB didn't develop any QBs behind Bryce because he knew he wouldn't be around, but that's on Saban.

At least tomorrow we can watch the former Bama QBs and remember the good ol days.
