Time for the fanbase to go ALL IN on Buchner.
This kid is the real deal, and he's going to lead us to a championship.

Weird to me that this fanbase has never liked or accepted Buchner. Most people are heartbroken that Simpson isn't the starter.

If Buchner looks as bad as Milroe did, I will trash him trust me, but I think that's highly unlikely
I don't expect everything to look perfect today. He's had limited time to gel with the 1s on offense, but I think we'll see some positive things that we can build on - namely an intermediate passing game and the ability to make quick decisions

I just hope we limit flares out into the flats. I understand that Buchner's peripheral vision might not be the best.

You have been rewarded with the same contempt you showed for an innocent young man who has given his considerable talent and hard work to a program most here love. He has made real improvement since last year, but one shortcoming has IMO, rendered him unqualified to play QB at a big-time program like Alabama, running the offense they do: at this time he simply can't read the field quickly enough.
The only difference is that Jalen did not deserve your contempt, but you do deserve ours.
Btw, a woman's mentality is not always wrong.

That was the perfect response. Jalen seems like a great young man and crimsonbuddha was very disrespectful. I will pull for whoever is behind center.

Wish it were Ty Simpson time. I know he hasn't shown anything but I just wish we actually developed him the last 18-months and he was ready with his skills to start this season.

I just didn't rate Buchner from watching him against OSU last year with ND, then seeing his stats and the last bowl game.
Nothing personal. If he's the guy I wish him all the success but I think he is just another inaccurate Milroe... just less speed.

Most of us wanted and expected either Milroe or Simpson to step up and take the job. It hasn't happened. Lets support Buchner and the rest of the team. All of our goals are still very much attainable.
