They held Texas to 13 points well into the 3rd quarter. What in the hell could they do when the offense is going 3 and out more than scoring? Milroe left 2 TDs on the field that I can think of. Benson, Burton and Niblack were open all night. Milroe couldn't capitalize.

Apparently you can't read either. I was just as hard on Milroe and the offense.

The offense had every opportunity to win the game buy Milroe failed. That's not Rees fault. The defense got no support from the offense. We held Texas to 13 points well into the 3rd quarter. Defense played well.

Defense played ok. I'm not too concerned about them. Having flashbacks of the Clemson game where the D couldn't get a stop on the final play to win the game and everyone said they lost the game. Not many remember they played 99 plays that game and was the reason we were even still in it. I will say we should have blitz more. Every time we blitzed Ewers faltered. No 20+ yard passes and he balls out against us. But we tackled better and hit harder. I feel like the 4th got away from us and players didn't respond how they should. But with the offense going 3 and out I see why frustration could set in. Our offense allowed Sark to tee off on our defense.
