Sam started out as a GA at Pittsburgh State back in 1984 and was the head coach for Hutchinson CC back in the early 90s
Sanders didn't get into coaching until 2012.
Sam has vastly more college coaching experience than Sanders.

Prime was an OC at a Texas high school when Sam was hired.
He got the JSU job after we hired Pittman.
