IF bama loses to Auburnt sat. what will be the excuse??
bammers= "well, we weren't expected to do this well, so I'm happy"
or
"just wait until we have talent, we are still hurting from probation"
God I hope bama loses saturday.

We're on our 4th string quarterback, from where we were at this time last year, who is a true freshman and this will be his first start. Also, our linebackers suck (minus Beckwith) and our secondary is young as shite.
And we still should have beaten Alabama in spite of 4 Jarrett Lee interceptions, one returned for six (go figure), and another returned to around our ten yard line.
We suck this year (for SEC standards) for a myriad of reasons, largely to do with youth and an f'ed QB situation thanks to Perrilloux. That being said, Bama is overrated and none of you can seem to admit it.
However, I don't foresee a loss to Auburn. Florida and the bowl game on the otherhand? I see two losses, unless Bama plays somebody like Utah or some other gay overrated school...Oregon State or something...

What an ignorant statement, Rivals.com says different, as LSU has top 10 recruiting classes every year. Do yourself a favor and look at the monster class we're bringing in this year.

No excuses. A loss by this team to that team at this time would be devastating - but anything is possible.
Any team with a real SEC defense can upset anybody. Defense is the backbone of any good football team. LSU got hit in the mouth by the physical play of Ole Miss' defense. Auburn has a quality defense and could upset any team - they almost upset LSU.
