re: Question for the Bama fans...

There's no substitute for age and wisdom. Saban's taken three years of his life to build a championship team at Alabama - a team with the talent to realistically compete for a National championship every year. He's 57 years old. Are you really suggesting he would leave, and make the same mistake he made going to Miami again?

I was at the 1990 game (Stallings 1st year)Florida won 17-13 i think. I'm pretty sure spurrier was coaching.

I was at that game also. Some bumb named Emmett Smith was there too.

LSU just played its toughest match-up in Florida. LSU's D can handle Bama's O

LOL! All Florida did was run straight at you. They ran the dive play 35 times for 200 yards. Alabama has better running backs than Florida. Do you think Saban won't watch the replay? LSUs D looked horrible against the run - and I assume they thought they were ready for it. [I think] Alabama will have a more productive day that Florida did - more rushing yards and more passing yards. LSU has the talent - they don't have the plan or the coaches to figure out how to formulate the plan. LSU is looking worse and worse as the season progresses. The MSU game was real - that is who LSU is.
Of course LSU can compete - they've got enormous talent, one of the best groups in college football. The problem is Les Miles. If I was an LSU fan, and I'm not, I'd be disgusted with the waste of talent by Les. The roster is full of 3*,4*, and 5* players playing like they're in a pick up game - no discipline, no tactical game plan, no comprehensive strategy. LSU is truly a waste of talent under Miles. This doesn't mean they can't beat very good teams. Any team with the talent LSU has can beat anybody if a few breaks go their way. I don't like to watch LSU because they play to Miles retarded football IQ. LSU only lost by 10 but they never gave Florida a scare of any kind - they were predictable and presented zero offensive surprises or adjustments. Miles says this is his best offensive line. If that's the case I'd be very worried if I was an LSU fan, which I'm not.
LSU never had a chance. The MSU game was fo-real.
And as everyone with a brain predicted Les Miles looks every bit the idiot he is.

fricking Riley Cooper. What a great no call. Thats gonna have me pissed off the rest of the football season.

That was absolutely fricking huge.

You're right - it was huge. I have a feeling some smart SEC coach will send a copy of that play to the supervisor of the SEC Refs.
Miles is a fool. All the breaks went to Florida because Miles can't coach a disciplined team. Off sides 4 times. Everybody and their dog knew Tebow was going to run it on 4th and 2 at the 20 and LSU doesn't load the box. LSU loses this game because Les Miles sucks.
LSU's D is dissapointing. I'm pulling for the Tigers but it's disheartening to see them play D so poorly. You got the horses - Les is coaching them to a loss.

This bullshite thread is to make it look like Auburn is worth talking about. They're not. I only see one more win this season for you: Furman. Kentucky's D is going to stuff your gimmick O.
I'm pulling for you LSU. Play solid run D and you can win - Tebow is unsure of himself.
Nutt is a nut. He's a loser - always was and always will be. I wouldn't put my career in his hands unless I was a running back.

On the bright side - Auburn has Furman coming up.

All it takes to defend Malzahn is a disciplined defense. Auburn has average athletes running a gimmick offense and an average defense. Auburn's offensive Genie's out of the bottle now. 2 more wins would be an outstanding season for Auburn - it'll be tough getting those two wins though. I don't think they'll get them.

A good defense will tear apart McElroy if he continues to stare down his receivers more than Sam Bradford.

LOL! That OM defense beat you last year. He [McElroy] just faced one of the toughest defenses in the nation. He's faced two of the best defenses in the nation so far and won big in every test.

Here's the story of this game:

Ole Miss has zero confidence offensively but that was also one of the best halves of defensive football I've ever seen any team play.

That was a late hit OB. Not that Julio cares

Yes it was and they missed a big pass interferance call to Julio.
UGA sucks. There's no getting around it - offense sucks, defense, sucks, and the coaching sucks.

You are as clueless as they come. This is not a gimmick offense everyone who knows shat about football that has looked at it tells you it is a power run play action offense. We use a lot of misdirection similar to UF but we have a wider variety of plays than UF does in our arsenal.

We just put 26 points against at worst the 3rd best defense in the league and they had 4 timeouts in the second half plus 2 official timeouts for "clock reset" that gave the defense time to rest inside the redzone. Without those well coached well called timeouts AU would have thumped UT very hard. Monte is among the best defensive coaches in the nation and he has stated Gus is the best OC he's ever seen.

So - are you saying the system is what made Auburns offense better or does Auburn have better players this year?
