Can a gump please admit that your '23 RB room is worse than your '22 room?

I saw ignorance being spewed by some On3 writer who said

And I'm wanting to know how the '23 room is going to be better than a room with a 1st round pick in Gibbs.
You currently have zero first round picks in that room and Cedric Baxter > Justice Haynes

While others are down on the Crimson Tide this fall, I think Alabama will have one of the best defenses in the nation, and its OL and RB rooms will be better than they were in 2022, too. There are valid concerns at receiver, but the flashing red light is the unknowns at quarterback

well we all know that 1 fricktard with a keyboard speaks for an entire fanbase

I know, that's why I want the fanbase on here to speak for themselves

Alabama in their crimsons and Texas in their whites is a nice looking football game.

It’s a deeper RB room with two healthier guys in Jase McClellan and Roydell Williams.
Jam Miller and Justice Haynes are going to be good backs as well.
You should recall McClellan. He’s still outrunning your defense. And now he’s more time removed from a knee injury.
Now tell us how your RB room differs after losing a fist round pick.

No one is actually a first round pick until they get drafted in the first round.

We have a good backfield. 4 guys who can contribute isn’t a bad thing.

because they havent been drafted you dummy

When did the word "rooms" become such a hot word relative to position groups?

Our room is clearly worse than it was last year and I'm man enough to admit it

It's going to be a RBBC with around the same kind of HS recruiting talent that the Tide have with the exception of Baxter outranking Haynes and y'all having more proven returning production.
The fact that Baxter likely isn't starting day 1 tells me that the rest of our guys are pretty decent too.

How would he know? He's an LSU fan.

bigger backs that can run between the tackles?
Is that what you are looking for? There ya go.

I'm looking for a simple "we are going to be worse at RB this year".
I did it, you can too.

I don’t think it’s worse.
Alabama has produced 5 first round picks at RB in the Saban era. And several more second and third round picks at position. Excuse us for thinking a good RB coach and a history of developing at the position might lead to continued success there.

Texas is trash, we can all admit that.

Tashard Choice (RB coach at Texas) developed Gibbs at GT and his advanced metrics went down last year under Saban IIRC.

maybe SEC defenses are a little better than in the ACC?
maybe
maybe

Are we supposed to fear losing Gibbs or not? Would he have been a first round pick had he remained at GT? Get your damn story straight.

I've posted the stats here before and I'm not sure if it was defense adjusted. CBA to look for them right now, so I'll accept the defenses excuse.
It's also possible that your OL and OC just sucked too
