Is there a limit on gif sizes? I giffed it and posted on imgur, used the img markup but it isn't showing. Maybe I'll try the link markup

Finally figured it out. If you post a large gif to imgur, it automatically converts it to an mpg. Smaller gifs stay as gifs. The cutoff is somewhere between 1.7Mb and 6.4Mb.
