According to them Texas, if not also OU.. despite the fact it was really ESPN.
The real answer? Nothing, but at least that's more than Missouri can do.

Missouri won the SEC East twice. Missouri has a higher ceiling as a football program than Texas A&M. They proved that in the Big 12, and they have proved it in the SEC.
ETA: Texas except gay hasn’t even won a DIVISION since 1998
