The amount of negotiating power by adding the TV markets those schools bring helped make the SEC network happen and payout what it does.
You'll never convince some of the mouth breathers here of that but there are several that get why we were brought in to the conference. We weren't just picked up because the SEC home office was bored.

Brother you better have a link to this.
Maybe Texas and Ok will but not A&M and MIZZ. Most would probably love to kick Mizz and A&M out now that the SEC got the two teams they really wanted.
