Dozens? GaTech, Clemson and a couple of games in Atlanta is not dozens.

In the last 20 years UT has played 19 OOC P5 opponents during the regular season (being generous and calling BYU P5), UGA has played 33 (if we want to be similarly generous it’s 35 with Boise in there twice).

This isn’t complicated…

At least Tennessee used to travel for some real non-con games.

Georgia and Florida never have.

This thread got hijacked with the first post.

LSU fan always bring up UF not traveling out of the state for non-conference games yet they avoid Tallahassee like the plague. It's right down I-10 and they are scared as hell to play there.

Let's examine the history of LSU and FSU.

LSU vs Florida State
Overall Record Against Florida State : 2-8-0

Sep. 4 2022 Loss 23-24 New Orleans
Oct. 26 1991 Loss 16-27 Baton Rouge
Oct. 27 1990 Loss 3-42 Tallahassee
Sep. 16 1989 Loss 21-31 Baton Rouge
Sep. 10 1983 Loss 35-40 Baton Rouge
Nov. 20 1982 Win 55-21 Baton Rouge
Oct. 24 1981 Loss 14-38 Baton Rouge
Sep. 6 1980 Loss 0-16 Baton Rouge
Oct. 27 1979 Loss 19-24 Baton Rouge
Dec. 30 1968 Win 31-27 Atlanta Peach

1 game in Tallahassee, 7 games in Baton Rouge. I get why they don't want to go there when you get spanked that badly. No one believes that traveling to Arizona to play the Sun Devils or California to play UCLA is more difficult than playing in Miami or Tallahassee.

EDIT: I would be remiss if I didn't comment on LSU flying right past Tallahassee to play FSU in Orlando. Give them a home game Tigers. I mean a 7-1 ratio home and home is ridiculous.

Not really, playing GaTech inflates your opinion of your schedule.

They are a better program than Tennessee, so....maybe we are overinflating our schedule. GT nor Tennessee is very good the last 20 years.

You keep saying this, are you attempting to wish it into reality?

They have more wins that UT. Seems obvious to me.
Seems to me like you are trying to deny the obvious.

ETA
GT has historically 4 National Cahmpionships
MOST sane people MIGHT give Tennessee credit for 2-3 National Championships

This truly is entertaining. And I need to apologize for messing with your head so much that you have lost your grasp of reality.

My "grasp of reality" seems to be grounded by facts.

I laid them out for you. You'll have to read them, if you can. more wins. More Titles. Not my fault if you don't like the facts. But facts are facts. Facts don't change.

You seem jealous of our rivalries with Clemson and Georgia tech. Or are you just angry our P5 OOC numbers dwarf yours? Symbolic of our games on the field. Pure domination.

Here is another new one from 2022, yards per play vs ranked opponents:

#1 UGA
#20 UT

Run away little vol……

Who is discussing SoS?

You're right.

The media is always talking about buses and opponents.

Again... thanks for keeping the main thing the main thing. Buses.

His mind works in such an odd way. Similar to a Very autistic person.

The insignificant qualifiers are Always highly Arbitrary, antiquated, illogical, irrelevant, and/or cherry picked.
