Just reminds football fans that ALABAMA is to SEC football what Kentucky is to SEC basketball.

Both programs are just historically so far in front of any SEC contender that they just become SEC pretenders.

Hey man, we're discussing if there is a consensus #2 football program in SEC history in this thread. It's in the subject of the OP.

I'm happy for you that Bama has been a good football team for a long time, but if you can't stick to the topic, go have too much Bama in ya somewhere else.

Still the truth is the SEC is loaded. The SEC averages 3 NC per decade and has not missed a decade winning the NC

20-3 (so far)

not all of those are Alabama's
