I’ve never noticed. But something like 1 in every 300 people in America have HIV and it’s much higher among black people and Baton Rouge is a big majority black city. Why shouldn’t they have HIV billboards? Do you not want people with HIV to get medical assistance?You know it’s treatable like anything else and people have normal life spans right?
