Yeh, I wad referencing LSU's 28-2 loss to Alabama on May 10th, 1997 hence the whole point of the thread. Everyone who follows college baseball closely already knows y'all won the one head fo head matchup that truly mattered in tbe end that year...the rematch against Alabama in the CWS final

I went to 2 games in Tuscaloosa that year. We beat Bama 27-0 in football and they beat us 28-2 in baseball. Riveting games they were.
