Good for you on your marriage and all, but that doesn't take away from the fact that Alabama has beaten Kirby and UGA four out of five times. Alabama owns UGA, and UGA does not want to play Alabama.

"tainted because they didn't play Bama..."?? Tainted because they didn't play a team that lost twice and didn't win their division and UGA stomped the 2 teams they lost too? You're either making that up, or ESPN really IS a bunch of idiots. It's probably some of both.
Guy, you need to just take a deep breath and get in the here-and-now. The here-and-now is simple; I'll put it plan, simple elementary language so that even YOU can grasp it...
UGA is on top. No one owns us. We own all 130+ teams in cfb because we are their current champion. Bama could have showed up to try and take back the championship last season, but they wet the bed and couldn't get it done. No need to whine about it now.
I actually lament the fact that UGA isn't going to get the chance to beat Bama some more, but the reality is, Bama is declining and I honestly think their time of being 'elite' is over. Instead of trying to constantly throw up some kind of useless argument to UGA fans on here, you need to be more concerned with LSU. Kelly took down the Tide in his first try, with a mediocre, 4 loss team and Bama had a Heisman winning QB, an All-American RB and loads of talent on the D. Now they've lost all of that and Kelly and LSU is just starting to roll.
All this means is, the future SEC belongs to UGA in the East and LSU in the West and the not-so-mighty Tide is yesterday's news.
