-- the ONLY school with FOUR 100-win coaches!!

-- and, the giveaway here......it owns the nation's longest winning streak of all time at 47 games in-a-row accomplished in the 1950s, it's...

All those Heisman winners, and first round draft picks the last 20 years. And not a single national title. Impressive

This is one record in sports that will never be broken.
A couple teams lately have approached the 28,29 mark but think, 47 would be almost two more undefeated seasons past that.

They also did this at a time when you only played 9 or 10 games a season so they basically went almost 5 years without losing.

This isn’t a brag-worthy accomplishment anymore. OU has done everything BUT finish since last winning in 2000.

If people had a choice between OK and Bama's accomplishments for their team since WW2 people would choose Bama's.

I see the 2003 uniform Oklahoma wore the season they lost to LSU in the Title game. Where is their 2019 uniform where they lost to LSU 28-63?

The 4 B’s. Bennie, Bud, Barry and Bob

And the team we’ll field this year and forward will not be the only O Riley teams nor lasts years transition 6-7 team. Defense will be back again and a more balanced team. Its a shame Riley never cared about defense.

But another B coach (Brent) will get us back to playing defense. You will see the beginning of that this year, Brent knows the challenges of playing against SEC teams (and he fared pretty well vs them while at Clemson). Anyone discounting Brent will be slowly changing their tune as the year goes on. 23 won’t be a national title run, don’t get me wrong. But the progress will be seen to prep for 24 entry into SEC.

One thing about 24 season, thats when playoffs expand to 12 teams. Its likely SEC will get 4 teams in. That year will be lit not only due to expanded playoffs but all the new regular season games will be so hyped with new matchups. So we’ll all get to have great in season games and then playoffs. Not counting the SEC title game. Can’t wait
