Being forced to listen to the radio tonight reminds me how bad Chris Blair is at announcing. No energy, no excitement, no clue what’s happening half the time. He made Jones’ double just now sound like a casual fly ball out.

You will get downvotes for this. But I agree. He does not call with enough emotion. The home team announcer should not sound so agnostic.

Legit complaint. I think he is good at it, but he could show a little more emotion on a play like the one you are describing

Listen to a Saints broadcast then try and complain. Blair is fantastic and better than almost anyone in the SEC.

Blair is a true professional. He shows plenty of emotion at the right times.
