Has at least one player drafted since 1995.

Yup… Don’t understand why a certain WR thought he was going to be drafted. But whatever, it’s their choice. Just hate seeing young guys listen to the wrong people. Maybe I’m wrong…

Matt Landers got screwed big time. 6-4 200 4.37 was projected 4-7 rounds. Best season of his career last year but went undrafted.
This draft has poor evaluations.

He should have stayed.

Yeah. I think staying would have been to his benefit. He did have another year, right? Also, was kind of surprised nobody took landers just based on combine performance/potential.

Yes but he thought himself still as a five star and probably didn't listen in that he needed to stay.
The hilarious thing is that in his NFL draft profile it says that he is a five star recruit lacking five star production.
We don't need anymore Oklahoma rejects.

Man who gives a shite. We need to stop being proud of the mediocrity that this program delivers on an annual basis. Two players drafted? That’s an embarrassment.

I don’t think it’s fair to lump Haselwood in with the other OU players. He still nearly finished top 10 in the SEC in receiving yards. 700 yards is a pretty productive season most years.

Still not productive enough for a former five star. It would be good numbers for a former 2 or 3 star.
Landers wasn't nearly as highly rated coming out of high school but was the better college player.

That isn't celebrating mediocrity but an acknowledgement that Arkansas despite having some real lean years has managed to get players drafted.
Hog fans should be fortunate that any hog player gets drafted after suffering the worst stretch of football since the early 50s.

The quiet thing no one here wants to mention when talking about the WR's is how the NFL views the Briles/Heupel/Lebby veer and shoot offense.
It's not positive but maybe it changes in coming years as more study it.
The historical data of WR's in those systems haven't done well in the NFL.
Burks was an exception because his natural ability but he still has to develop because he didn't get to run many routes in college.

That’s why I think Landers was underrated and Haselwood would’ve benefitted from Enos’s offense. Hatcher made great strides under Enos. And Haselwood had a way higher ceiling.

Did he declare before or after Briles left?
Wonder if Enos could have got him to stay

This answers some questions

But, but, it's the greatest offense ever in the history of ever, and Kendal Briles is probably the best OC to walk the planet!

Didn’t we have our highest wr drafted ever under Briles?

I mean there’s been plenty of receivers drafted high from that offense from the Baylor days and most of them busted because they couldn’t act right not because of field production. Corey Coleman for example. Also ole miss had a guy drafted in the 2nd round this year and tcu ran a similar offense as well and they had Johnston taken in the first
