So. I guess we will see all those Bama fans back again in 4-5 months?

They are wanting to change the tournament format now. Just like when they cried about not getting in the football playoffs this year. Saban didn’t want to change it until Bama wasn’t included. Then it needed changing. Biggest bunch of sore losers in all of sports.

Or better yet, hang a banner beside the NIT banner

Right. One format there are not enough teams and you are expected to win the actual games. The other there are too many teams and you have to win the actual games.

I mean... how dare they not just let you win it on paper.

Probably.

I'm very inactive this time of the year on the SEC Rant. The only reason why I've been more active than usual is due to entertaining myself with the whole Brandon Miller story.

When we're done pretending to care about college baseball in late-June/early-July, I'll be back full time until January or so.

I think they should start putting the number 12 on all their basketballs like they do their real and fake championships on their football helmets. 12 for the number of NIT appearances. Seems fitting.

Nah we’ll be back to take our baseball lumps when we get deep into SEC play and start shitting the bed, as is our annual tradition

Yes, our basketball team made it to the final 16 teams and got beat. We were a number one seed and got beat, like every other No. 1 seed this year. It happens. You think this is a bad thing? Lol.

You are living way in the past, my friend. We haven't put 12s on our helmets for merchandising since we won number 13 back in January 2010. Those helmets say 18 now.

I've always been puzzled as to why Bama hasn't had more success in baseball than they have. Football will always be king, but the state produces a lot of baseball talent.
