Money aside, who would you rather have as expansion teams

FSU & Clemson or Texas & Oklahoma? Let’s pretend that the money is the exact same and this is not a factor.

Just think about the programs, universities, their history in the past 20 years and the fan bases. Who do you bring in?

Texas and Oklahoma. FSU had their shot and blew it. And Clemson is a cult.

FSU and Miami. I’m a sucker for geography.

Bobby was too scared.

I think Clemson is a better fit than all others.

Texas and Fla St and Clemson and boot out Mizzou
We don't really need OU either or I could go OU and get rid of Ark

At one time, I figured Vandy would be expendable but Nashville has become better than most of the southern cities and needs to stay

So you’d rather choose the two programs who have talked shite about the SEC nonstop 20+ years
more than anyone? Also we already have a legit cult in A&M so what’s one more?

OU has a much better chance at winning a championship in the SEC than any of the 5 other expansion teams. Arkansas and Carolina are natural fits at this point. Oklahoma would also be.

Not sure you'd pass on UVA and UNC for the little brothers

Funny was just thinking since you guys bring nothing to the table for basketball, and Texas, FSU and Clemson are more football, maybe LSU should be the one out?

How many national titles has mizzou won all time? Hush down little expansion team. Only founding members have an opinion here. We’ll maybe entertain Arkansas & Carolina since they’ve been here for a while.

I'm from NC so it'd be cool to have a NC school. (UNC if you want the best athletically, NCSU does football better though)

I love when you dickholes speak like you are the LSU football team itself.

Texas and OU.

It will be nice to drop the pretense of being deep south. We aren't.

Plus, I would like to know what it's like to have a conference opponent less than 5 hour drive from campus.

It must be incredible....

Culturally, FSU and Clemson are better fits

If money weren't a consideration, I'd say we should add University of Memphis.

As many as 5 geographic rivalries built in and they are a good football team and potentially elite level basketball team.

It seems pointless for people on this site to keep saying this. We're in the league. Learn to accept it, you'll feel better.

I’d kick out liberal schools such as Texas, Mizzou, and Vandy. Add FSU, NC State, Virginia Tech. Those seems to fix culturally, and I think OU fits in culturally.

I would kick out the Mississippi schools and add Colorado and Cal. Roadtrips out to Boulder and Berkeley would be awesome!
