For starters, I’d like the police and DA to explain:

1. The full context of the texts exchanged and phone calls made that evening.
2. The full timeline of events for Davis, Miles, Bradley, Miles’s gf, and Miller. Both before, during, and after the shooting. For example, who did Miles and Davis flee the scene with since they didn’t have a car? Where did they go? Where did Bradley go? Where did Miles go? Were they alone? Were they communicating with each other?
3. Release the available video/audio recordings including dash cam video. This video has to be shared with the defense. It isn’t going to change between now and trial.
4. Identify when Miller/Bradley reached out to LEO or visa versa.
5. Explain the reasoning for not charging Miller or Bradley or potentially Miles’ gf.

Bama’s AD should explain:
1. When they first learned of the situation? Did they speak with any of the involved players prior to LEO? After?
2. What they knew about Miller and Bradley’s involvement and when?
3. What investigative steps did they take before making decisions to dismiss Miles and retain Miller and Bradley without punishment
4. Who all was involved in that decision and who was the ultimate decision maker
5. What steps have they taken to provide support for the Harris family, including the motherless child

The delusional world some of you people live in.

By the way, this:

They already did. You just don't like the answer.

If the go fund me is any indication, not much. And if you include the comments made by Jamea’s stepfather last week still not much, if at all.

We already know the answer to this question from the Miller attorney's statement. "As soon as he was notified that someone had been injured and the police wished to speak with him, he has fully cooperated with law enforcement's investigation."

This is grounds enough for Alabama to expel Brandon Miller. He listened in as Miles/Davis discussed a crime in the back seat of his car. He watched as Davis fired 8 rounds into an occupied vehicle. He sped away from the scene. Never once did he think to call 911 to report a crime that he was uniquely positioned to observe until after he found out the cops wanted to speak with him. Any reasonable person that happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time is making that call without question.

The DA is not going to put any of this information out before the trials of Davis and Miles, even if the info would be helpful to the public’s desire to determine the level of Miller’s involvement. As long as the DA is satisfied that that there is not enough evidence to meet the elements of any crime (and apparently there isn’t enough, at least right now), that’s all the DA cares about right now with regards to Miller.
