The DA probably isnt pressing charges because frankly you cant blame majority of them. Sure, the 19 year old screwed up for not having a concealed carry permit, but you sure the frick wont catch me down in the heart of the 3rd most dangerous city in America during their most crime ridden weekend of the year without a gun. It's New Orleans.

I just thought since all the Corndogs were screaming about Miller. who did not break any laws, that they would want to do the right thing with this young man and set an example for us all.
