Phone records, dash cam footage from Miller's own car, security camera footage from a business, and all parties involved have either been questioned, arrested or charged already.
What new evidence could surface to change anything after this? All of the information we got today the police already had a month ago.

IMO, this is why he hasn’t been charged. There’s plenty of probable cause (low burden), but they’d have a more difficult time convicting him, so why screw up your star witness being willing to testify to convict the dudes most culpable.
