Help me understand why Anthony Richardson is so well thought of by NFL scouts. I keep seeing, "well he improved through season", and all I think of it he LOST to VANDY, while only scoring 24 points against VANDY at the end of the season. How is that improvement?

If a team wastes a draft pick on that moron they deserve the failure that will follow.

if you based everyone on their worst game....or just one game, then you'd be able to incorrectly judge Jalen Hurts on his last game against LSU.

He's in the super bowl tomorrow.

Billy isn’t a good OC and he runs a 4.4 at 250 with a laser. Huge arm, I’m sure there is a coach in the NFL that can get the most out of him. I don’t know how people don’t see that.

Apples & Oranges buddy. Don’t compare A. Richardson to J. Hurts

Hurts got his team to the playoffs though. In fact he got his team to the playoffs every year he started.

When I think of Richardson I always think of him giving up 21 points to Georgia in 2 1/2 minutes.

Just like Matt Jones, they are drafting an athlete, it’s quite easy to see actually

Personally I think he'll be a HUGE bust.

Having said that, I've read that there's never been a QB in the NFL with all his measurables. Speed, arm, explosiveness, squat, BP, high jump, hand size, wing span, etc.

He's an athletic freak. What he's not is a QB! He doesn't have it between the ears.

He’s started 13 games, 12 of them for a guy who is average at best coaching QB’s and play calling. He’s barely scratching the surface of what he will be.

I saw the opposite. I had high hopes after the Utah game, but then he mostly faded away.

Anyone think the ravens snag him and tell Lamar to suck it?

He has the physical attributes, no denying that. Probably would have been a better RB or TE with his speed and athleticism. I never seen the 'it' thing that you hear the experts talk about when it comes to him being a QB. But what do I know?

What makes you think we could help you with this? We don't get it either.

He has a rocket arm and at time fits the ball in spots most QBs can't. He actually makes great reads but also has inexplicable 5 yard throws that just end up in the dirt.

So ... the potential is there. I get seeing that and thinking you can develop that. But 1st rounders aren't usually projects in the NFL. Doesn't make sense to me.

The biggest missing piece is he had a really weak WR corps to deal with.

Even so, he didn't love running even though that hugely opens up his game.

They drool over his potential. He would be the most athletic QB in the NFL if drafted today. He would be among the top 5 in the league for arm talent.

Unfortunately, he is slow to read defenses, hesitant to throw the ball, is inaccurate, has limited pocket presence, and is injury prone. But there are teams that think they can fix those things somehow.

He's a good athlete but I don't think he has it between the ears. I wouldn't draft him, especially not in the first round.

He is just a more athletic Feleipe Franks. The NFL loves big strong QB's that can run and have a strong arm. But who gives a shite about the NFL anyway? He sucked at UF. I don't care if he wins 10 Super Bowls and breaks every record, he will always suck imo.
