However, the whole thing is about momentum. You get a couple of 5* WRs committed all of a sudden QBs are more excited about coming. You get that QB, top linemen are excited. etc. etc.

Chex is right on this one. alabama doesn’t have the money to match what he’s accepted from Auburn. They blew their wad on their QB from California and the 2025 5 star WR Ffrench. He’s going to “Yeldon” them and switch last minute and reclassify and enroll at Auburn.

Yea, I've seen this show too many times. Yeldon, Kuandjio(sp?) Evans, Foster, Callaway. They will do anything in their power to get that kid, even if they have to kidnap him and take him to Florida for a week.
He also seems like a good kid, not the kind to pull a TJ yeldon F U style flip. I wish he would but I think some at AU have been fed some shite and ran with it.

And why is the stipulation if he reclassifies to '24... wouldn't it be stronger to AU if he was in the '25 class? All the murky details around Ryan Williams are just weird as hell.

I was told the 3rd QB is a starter somewhere. Just wasn’t given a name.
As for Ryan Williams, I was told if he reclassified it freed a lot of money up for 25. Auburn would obviously take him in either class if we can get the flip.

Seems pretty insane but '27 class recruit Edge/OLB offered by AU today. Borac Willis 6'3" 220 runs a legit 4.5
