There is about to be a lot of cheap homes on the market. Only negative is interest rates. I got lucky on mine, lady who owned it needed the money and of course homes in the Ms delta aren’t expensive anyways. Got a house that appraised for 225k for 139k and paid in full

Did you get it reappraised? Don’t you get stuck paying taxes based on what it was appraised on, not what you paid?
