Lol the vast majority of his fanbase wanted him benched before the Michigan game last season.
He’s gone 17-0 since then with an SEC championship MVP, 4 CFP MVPs, 2 of them championship MVPs and 2 4th quarter comebacks on his shoulders for the team who the majority of their fans didn’t even want him to play.
I’d have an edge towards them too lmao

He regularly throws incredibly tight windows
Actually he doesn’t regularly throw anything, much less into tight windows. He routinely underthrows or throws behind guys allowing the play to look closer than it should. And he has a future NFL TE that adjusts to his throws to bail him out. You rarely see him hit guys in stride anywhere on the field.
Don’t confuse his lack of skill with an example of ability.

Smokey one,
It is true when Stetson plays the VOLS, he doesn’t have to throw into tight windows.

Yup.
4000 yards.
9.1 ypa.
A whole lot of nothing.
Imagine how much better he would be with talent. Armstrength. Football IQ.
Maybe he'd have 3 back to back to back championships instead of just a 3-0 record against Tennessee (and 4 playoff MVPs and 2 National Championships)

All these fans are hilarious “awww Stetson didn’t wave at me and now I’m sad”

What he said is exactly true and to those offended I say good, you should be. Raging Douche Nozzles.

Wow so defensive. Never said he wouldn’t get drafted
Well, the narrative on the Rant has been that:
1. We could not win with Bennett as our QB
2. He would not get drafted.
3. The only reason we win is because Bennett is surrounded by 4* and 5* talent.
So maybe I misunderstood you. What did you mean when you said the "NFL would underestimate him..."?
I do agree that he will go somewhere in the 5-7 round range. But who would consider that underestimating him? He is fully aware of what people think of him.
quote:I definitely agree with this. I just don't understand how the NFL underestimating him comes in.
Plenty of doubt will be shown in his ability to duplicate it at the next level. Now if you can get your feelings out of the way, I bet you can agree.
I can't think of a single person (right off hand) that thinks he will go at the top of the draft.
And, ftr, I don't have a problem with you. If I am remembering correctly, you were very fair about our chances in the playoffs. I don't remember you trolling us at all.

Is it okay if we don't care what you think? Imagine getting your feelings hurt because a college kid is on his phone instead of smiling and waving at you.
Personally, I am a big Georgia fan, but I have not gone to a parade or anything like that. I don't care if the players do not smile and wave at me, and I certainly am not getting on social media or a message board to complain about it and cry.

You're still butt hurt that he went to NY instead of Hooker.
I hate to wreck your day, but they came out with the Heisman odds, and guess what?
They picked a kid that is not expected to start at QB to win the Heisman over Milton. You might curl up into the fetal position and cry even more that you do already.

It’s not. A portion of your fanbase didn’t even want him to come back this past year. After winning a national title. Your first in 40 years and they didn’t want him back.

Disagree, and I bet the number who wanted him to leave after winning it all are in the vast minority. Like 1% at most, which isn’t even worth mentioning.

Right, except Bennett has openly spoken about fans telling him to go after 2021. As well as your coach quoting this in articles and fans on here as well as elsewhere have said the same thing.
But the thing about you throwing statistics around when you don’t actually have empirical data (1% lol ok) this just turns into a biased little pissing match and it’s useless to engage in a convo like this. Cheers
