Mine has a nice mahogany color. Chicken, sausage, bay leafs, garlic, Cajun season, green pepper, and onion.

I’m from south LA who lives in N LA; trust me they don’t know how to cook Cajun related dishes such as Gumbo, jambalaya, etc You can not even get a genuine poboy they freaking use pistoles or whatever they call that.
