Obviously, we can’t score points. Why though?

We have a coach with multiple elite 8 and sweet sixteen appearances at multiple programs. We have all 4-5 star players. Why do we suck in conference play?

I’m growing concern that this isn’t a ranked nor NCAA tournament team.

Drive and dish only works if you can get fouls called and also make free throws

Musselman for whatever reason, hasn't recruited enough guys that can shoot the basketball.

I know he likes size and defense, but good lord. Ever since Mason Jones and Isaiah Joe left we haven't had many guys that could pull it.

JD Notae could get hot and make some tough shots, Moses was a good spot up shooter and had a nice pull up game.

Tate was a decent 3pt shooter, but he wasn't explosive coming off screens knocking them down.

But other than that it's been slim pickens.

My main bitch about Muss is that he hasn't ran Devo off yet.

Our starting guards combined to go 9-34 tonight. Devo shot 17 times. Recipe for disaster.

Because we don’t have a Jaylin Williams, JD Notae, Mason Jones, or Moses Moody on this team who can create their own shots and get a bucket when you need it. Well, we do, but they’re both hurt. The difference between this team playing bad and the previous Muss teams playing bad in January is that the previous teams just hadn’t clicked yet. They weren’t down their 2 best players like we are now. And unless Nick Smith comes back, we are going to see a lot of this moving forward.

Why in the world would you say this when he was our best player tonight?

You guys are so weird sometimes with your hate.

Do you see that L we're taking tonight? That's what happens when he's our best player on the court.

Except he's not, he just thinks he is

He was our best player by far tonight.

Why would you post that after?

Context. If Devo is doing the best, our team isn’t performing at their peak level.

Context is irrelevant here.

He had a double double and shut down their lottery pick on defense. He was fantastic tonight.

And then to bash him is just...really really bad.

When Muss first got here he said his teams would shoot a lot of threes because they’re worth 50% more than a 2 and the analytics favor teams that shoot a lot of them. I’m surprised that he seems to have abandoned that idea and is almost 100% focused on defense while letting the offense shrivel and die.

I also get sad at the very beginning of games when I see Devo out there starting when he sucks arse. All these guards and Devo is playing 40 minutes? Time to try someone else.

When did we start calling Graham devo too? That’s gonna get confusing quickly.

Devo was so good tonight, shame no one else was. At least he showed up.

It's bizarre.

We have several players that seem reluctant to shoot when they're open but are supremely confident when shooting an off-balance NBA 3 with four defenders draped all over them.

Players seem selfish and they're no leadership. The guy who should step up (Devo) is the most selfish player on the offensive end of the floor.

He was 6 of 17 from the floor. He does play very hard on defense and had 10 rebounds so it's not all bad but I feel like his selfishness trickles down to other players, especially Black.

Honestly, what other guard are you wanting to see? Derrian Ford? Ford is too raw and shoots worse than Devo and can't drive. He's basically a poor man's Jonathan Modica.

He was -14, the only player worse was Council.

Graham was awesome tonight… seriously, did you watch the game?

Devo was good, not great. He was great on defense most of the game. He had a couple of nice plays on offense and had a few boneheaded ones too.

He and council are nearly the exact same. If something goes right for either one, they suddenly think that they are MJ in the zone and lose all situational awareness.
