Saban would literally have to offer O'Brien a new contract for that to happen. Not gonna happen.

Fair to say we lack patience, but I think that’s because we’ve never wanted to have both coordinators replaced this badly under Saban.

I’m not sure people are being impatient. I think most know the hire won’t be announced yet but assume insiders should know who’s on the list.

Saban has never moved super quick when hiring coordinators.
Also people need to prepare themselves for Golding to be back as a possibility. I will say that I think Aaron Suttles is pretty connected and he doesn't expect him to be back, so there's that.
