Unfortunately, I say yes. He’s never had this level of talent. Not even close. The closest he has had was the hogs and that was before this NIL stuff. I think he will light it up on offense. I can’t imagine him with this talent level and only focused on offense vs. running a program.

This will be ugly for the SEC West folks.

Maybe if it was 2010.

Putting two head coaches with massive egos together who have always ran their own offenses should go swimmingly though.

Yep, Texas A&M will be back to 8-4 real, real soon.

Fisher also had never had this level of talent and how did he do this past year? Texas A&M never got more than 5 wins.

He’s been trash for a while. Only thing keeping him afloat was Lamar. And even with him they weren’t great. Lamar was just special, Petrino didn’t coach him to a heisman.

Only if he's the head coach.

Don’t know but it is going to force the issue with Jimbo. The days of him running the offense are quickly coming to an end. We will have a better offense under Petrino without a doubt. Fisher will never get those reins against A&M.

Just having autonomy at OC and play calling is going to be great for us. If he sucks he will get fired. And if we have to go back to Jimbo, at least we will still be light years better than LSU.

A&M hasn't been turned around since Bear Bryant was there, so the odds are against him.

Intellectually honest post from Silverback… refreshing.

I hope you boys make it to the final 4 this year on the hard court!

And that's really all that matters.

I trust the Arkansas posters on this more than anyone else. I have no idea what to think. It feels like the time Sumlin hired John Chavis.

As a CFB reporter, you should be better… and not let your bias get in the way of reality.

The fact that you’re squealing like a stuck pig shows how scared you are. Little bitch.
