I’ve said this for two years. He is an abject failure of a coach.

We rank 10-15 spots worse nationally in Special Teams with him as coordinator than we did when we didn't have a coordinator at all.

Amen. Have been saying this for 2 years as well.
I told my wife after the onside kick that I want Fountain not just fired but arrested.
Our special teams is the worst combination of stupid and bad. The onsides formation and coverage, the punting issues and rolling with Fletcher over Bauer, Stephens consistently turning to catch punts, punt return idiocy where our players refuse to get away from a fricking live football rolling around that is an automatic turnover if it hits them, etc. The list goes on and on.
I told my wife after the onside kick that I want Fountain not just fired but arrested.

Everybody in that stadium knew we weren't getting that onside kick. Fans, KU coaches, KU players, our players, Fountain, everybody
