They have to start calling offensive targeting. If they are going to keep it a rule

The offensive player should not be allowed to lower their head. This would be the best way to limit head to head hits.

I completely agree. Where are we going to draw the line on the rule?

Absolutely, you see too many offensive players dropping their head or ducking at the last second causing a targeting call.

In NFL, I saw them call it on Josh Jacobs.
