What is the point differential for Day to get fired on 1/1?

I say 21
Back to back blow out losses and no championship in 8 years

He’s not getting fired even if UGA beats Ohio State 63-0. I don’t think that Ryan Day is a great coach, but I don’t see how you can fire a coach for losing in the playoffs.

There isn't one. A bad loss to Georgia and two consecutive losses to Michigan would make for a really uncomfortable offseason for him, though. Day needs this game, IMO.

He won't be fired if he loses to Georgia but the sucknuts are very concerned about losing next year to Michigan.
If that happens he absolutely could be on the hot seat. Some of their fans are already calling him John Cooper 2.0.

No way he's getting fired. It's not like he's a terrible coach or anythng.

Another loss to Michigan would likely get him fired.
He could lose to UGA by 200 and he'll keep his job.

Not that Day has a bad rep for running up the score, but when has that ever been a career ending scenario?

They aren’t firing him unless he tries to beat Craig James record of dead prostitutes.
