Now that AR15 has opted for the NFL, and Kitna is done for, do we get someone from the portal? And who can we lure to Gainesville?

Been hearing that the Tulane qb is a possibility.

It's pretty awesome to know we are going to likely land a portal QB that's proven, then have Rashada and Lagway coming in. It took Napier all of 1 year to get the QB room in a much better spot.

The portal is definitely a positive in our situation. Seriously, if you’re a proven backup, you can be the starting QB at a top tier sec program immediately. This should be an easy recruiting job.

I've watched Mertz several time over the last 2 years at Wisky.
If he comes in and is the starter then we are in about as much trouble on offense as could possibly be.
I'm hoping he goes elsewhere. We would be better off with Miller

Did Willy Korn follow Chadwell to Liberty?
Napier coached Korn at Clemson I think.
Would be great if we could get McCall and bring in Korn as an assistant as well.

If we bring in one of these flavors of the week, Miller us gone imo. So either way the room stays the same only now you got 2 guys learning the offense next season

I’ve seen enough of Miller to know he’s not going to do dick. We need a stud transfer to have any hope of a season next year. With Billy’s shite poor play calling, running it between the tackles on first and second downs for third and longs ain’t gonna get it done.
