I was dating a sophomore in HS when I was a senior, we were 16 and 18. I continued to date her until I was 20 and her 18, although our birthdays lined up where I was 19 and her 16, or 20 and her 17 for a few weeks.
Even at that time when I was 20, and I knew that she was only 3 weeks away from being "2 years younger than me" instead of 3 years, I felt creepy AF and basically refused to do anything sexual with her during that period.
When you're 23 you shouldn't be running around banging 16 year olds but having a GF 2-3 years younger isn't a big deal.

Once again. Nothing I said or did was illegal.
30+ years later, it's still not illegal in multiple states.
So if you want to have some kind of moral objection, have at it. I'd be the first to admit the pace at which I was having random sex at back then was completely immoral and not because of age.
But your legal accusations are baseless.

It's amazing how many people are still so ignorant in this day and age of information. 16 is legal in a majority of states.

Once again, you shouldn’t need a law to tell you that having sex with a child is fricked up. Despite the fact that much of the south deems it legal to have sex with a 16 year old, while opining about sex trafficking, it’s fricking disgusting. A 16 year old is a child, period, end of story. We don’t even trust them enough to vote, and for good reason, because they are children.

You can legally frick a 10 year old in South Dakota if you are 13. All of the various ages by state are in the link.

Never really thought about it but kinda fd up it’s ok to actually screw a 16 year old legally but you can’t have a picture of her. In a real world you would think screwing a girl/boy is worse?

Minors having sex is fricked up in all cases. We have exceptions, because one fellow minor can’t be considered more capable of making that decision than the other, and for some bizarre arse reason people take that to mean it’s completely ok for children to have sex.
