None of this looks good.
They fired a minority hire, paid his replacement, a nonminority, double his pay. Then didn't hire and maybe didn't even interview another minority and hired a guy, also a nonminority, with a bad reputation.

My 2 cents, Rane wanted Freeze last time and Greene along with Gogue said no and hired Harsin. Greene fired Harsin fired, Cohen comes in after agreeing to do Ranes bidding. Freeze new HC.
