Some teams still haven't really played any good competition, but most have.

State has been impressive so far against a solid slate of games. Arkansas, Alabama and Tennessee have shown pretty well against good teams. Auburn has found ways to win.

How would you tier the league at this point?

Auburn is built on defense, hustle, and depth. We play 11 consistently and tend to wear people out. If they are shooting well, they can play with anyone, but shooting has been inconsistent so far, especially from 3.

I see them as a potential Sweet 16 team, but it depends on when they peak. Last year's team peaked too soon and folks figured out how to defend them. This year, potentially, they could be more difficult to defend because at least 10 of the main 11 could score in double figures at any time.

The conference is strong this year. Should be a dog fight to the end.

Yea, I'm gonna hold off on Mizzou until you play somebody who you aren't paying $50K to show up. That slate so far is atrocious.

The next few should be fun though - Wichita, Kansas, UCF, Illinois. We'll know something then for sure.

No strong arse offers but strong arse teams.
The league as a whole looks solid. It's possible to get 7 or 8 in the dance as of now.

Regular season is going to be just as fun as the tournament.

I hope LSU is good enough to be in Tier 2.

Fair enough. 2-2 should be a positive for Mizzou.

Counzo is gone. Gates is brewing something positive.

Feels good.

You absolutely should. Scoring in bunches. Kansas game should be a mad house.

Wichita should be a nice barometer game.

Jarring change from the Counzo years.
